Moved into Colony Park a month ago. Everything about the process was so easy and the complex is amazing. Beautifully manicured pool, tennis court and gym are all in perfect condition.

We were not sure what to expect at Colony Park but we are very impressed. The grounds are beautiful with a track around the Lake. It has a water fountain and is so relaxing to sit on one of the benches and just relax and watch the ducks. People go fishing, walking, or just relax in the gazebo or on a bench. The grass is beautiful with rose bushes. It's just beautiful.
